• The product has a genuine issue (wrong item, size issue, damaged, etc.)

• The product has been worn, washed, or altered

• Return is requested after 7 days of delivery

• Product is purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless defective)

• One-time exchange allowed per order

• For eligible returns, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method

• Within Rajasthan: Delivery within 2 business days
   

• Rest of India: Delivery within 3–4 business days
